Food Stalls
There will be no food stalls this year, so please bring your own food and drinks. We kindly ask for your cooperation in taking your trash home with you.
 
Rain Postponement
In case of rain, the event will be postponed to October 14th (Monday, National Holiday).
Postponement or cancellation announcements will be made by 10:00 AM on the day of the event via the Yamato website and social media.

No Street Parking Allowed Limited
To avoid inconveniencing local residents, please do not park on the streets.
 


Shuttle buses will run in a loop from the Asuka Village Office (free of charge). If you arrive by car, you may use the Asuka Village Office parking lot. Please be aware that parking space is limited.

From around 4:00 PM until the end of the event
October 13th:
From around 11:30 AM until the end of the event
 
You can also walk from the Asuka Village Office to the venue. It takes about 20 minutes on foot.
 


Please use the Kintetsu train to reach the event. Disembark at "Asuka Station."
 
From Osaka:
Take the Kintetsu Minami Osaka Line from "Kintetsu Osaka Abenobashi Station," transfer at "Kashihara Jingu-mae Station" to the Kintetsu Yoshino Line, and get off at "Asuka Station."
From Kyoto:
Take the Kintetsu Kashihara Line from "Kintetsu Kyoto Station," transfer at "Kashihara Jingu-mae Station" to the Kintetsu Yoshino Line, and get off at "Asuka Station."

Asuka Station is an 8-minute walk from the event venue. Upon exiting the station, cross National Route 169, and continue straight; the venue will be on your right.
